The apartment consists of a living room with sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, coffee machine and fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with shower/WC and can accommodate 5 people.



The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a television with cable connection and fans.



The apartment also has a nice, sunny balcony and a barbecue for sole use. There is also a terrace for common use. So you can end a nice holiday day with a glass of wine on the balcony.



Within a radius of 100 - 200 m you will find several bars, restaurants and shopping facilities.

The beautiful sandy beach Praia de Armação de Pêra is only 7 minutes walking distance (550 m), so close that you can even go there spontaneously in the evening for a short walk.

The international airport of Faro can be reached by car in 38 minutes or 52 km.
