"Villa en Marbella" with Pool, Sea View & Wi-Fi

The large holiday home "Villa en Marbella" is located in the coastal town Marbella on the southern Spanish Costa del Sol. It enchants guests with light-flooded rooms and views of the sea and mountains. The 300 ㎡ large holiday house consists of a living room, a dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (for distribution of the beds see below) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace and a TV. A special highlight is the ca. 250 ㎡ outdoor area, where in addition to balconies and terraces, a 21 ㎡ pool, a barbecue area and a beautiful garden await you. Plan the further activities of the day over breakfast in the fresh air or round off exciting beach days with a barbecue. The nearest supermarket is 750 m away and a selection of restaurants, as well as the beach PLaya del Pinillo, are just a 5-minute walk (350 m) away. Swim in the deep blue sea, have a drink at the Beach Club or take advantage of the water sports on offer there. A go-cart track is also available.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.



In extraordinary cases, up to 10 people would be allowed to stay in the apartment. Please, if you are interested, enquire about this option before booking.



Distribution of sleeping facilities:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed for 2 people

bedroom 2: 2 single beds

bedroom 3: 1 double bed



In extraordinary cases, up to 10 people would be allowed to stay. Please, if you are interested, check this option before making the reservation. For this case, an apartment will be enabled that otherwise will remain closed.



Pets are allowed.
