Centrally located in the village, in a quiet and green zone and yet less than 10 minutes to the shore and the harbour, you will find the Residenz Bodenseeperle with the comfort holiday apartment "Ferienwohnung Mainau" on the first floor.



The friendly and comfortably furnished 68 m2 flat has a living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and large fridge-freezer, 1 large bedrooms a king-size bed, a smaller bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed, and a modern bathroom with toilet and a walk-in shower with a ceiling spray. The flat offers space for 4 people.

The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV with cable connection, toys and board games, a cot and a high chair.



2 roofed balconies with a view of the beautiful Lake Constance, seating and a parasol are also available and make you forget the daily routine quickly.

The location is ideal for car-free holidays: Cycle and hiking paths start practically at the front door, the railway station is about 600 m away from the house, the next supermarket is also only 8 min walk away and several restaurants are within a radius of 600 to 850 m. The natural bathing beach of Sipplingen can be reached quickly after a walk of less than a quarter of an hour - along the beautiful promenade. Sipplingen is an ideal starting point for numerous exciting excursions: the flower island of Mainau, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, the Affenberg in Salem, the Meersburg - to name but a few.

Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Visitor's tax is to be paid on site.
