Sipplingen on Lake Constance is the perfect base for exploring the region. Numerous cycling and hiking trails invite you to discover the area.
Centrally located in the village yet quiet, Residence Flower Idyll offers the welcoming ground-floor apartment "Orchid." You are less than 10 minutes from the train station, bus stop, tourist office, small supermarket, harbor, restaurants, and the free public lakeside beach.
The 62 m² apartment features a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed for 2, dining area for 4, and a well-equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer, filter coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. The bathroom has a large washbasin with mirrored wall, a shower with rainhead, and a toilet. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a small wardrobe.
An information folder about Sipplingen and the surroundings is provided in the apartment.
Families benefit from a baby travel cot, high chair, and shared toys and books. Table tennis and foosball are available in the main house about 30 m away.
On the spacious 26 m² terrace, you'll find a covered seating area, two sun loungers, and an extra sunshade. Enjoy the peace and lovely view of the well-kept flower garden.
