Fun and large apartment
Pros: The place is just as fun and quirky as the pictures tell, with tons of charming details. The view from the terrace is great. We did not use the jacuzzi since it was a bit too cold in the winter time, but I bet it would be great during a warmer part of the year. Kitchen is large and well-stocked, and there are two good supermarkets right outside the door. And while we certainly weren't in Tenerife to watch TV, nonetheless the enormous screen made for quite an experience streaming a movie or two in the evenings!
Cons: Seems like a lot of effort and thought was put into setting up the apartment, but since then lacking in maintenance (some broken lights, appliances, grown-in dirt in the tub, etc). Quite a divide between the luxurious "front of the apartment" (kitchen, living room, master bedroom), and the "back of the apartment" (second bedroom bathroom) which is really barebones and could use some renovating. Parking situation is not great -- street parking is usually available, but it is quite packed and you might have to circulate a bit until you find a spot.
Passable internet speeds (20-30mbps) but sluggigh compared to the gigabit fiber we had at our other two Tenerife accommodations.
