Regarding the layout and furnishings, while the bed setup may not have suited your preferences, this is a common arrangement in many accommodations and is reflected clearly in the listing. As for the kitchen, it is compact but fully functional and safe when used as intended. While occasional external noise can occur in any residential setting, it is unfortunately beyond the host’s control and not a reflection of the property itself. It is worth mentioning that we have not received any previous complaints. However, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. The host is always available and committed to making their guests' stay most comfortable.
