The well-equipped "Studio Apartment House 18" is located in Nesselwangen, a village northwest of Überlingen, close to the shores of Lake Constance. This 28 m² studio on the upper floor features a living area with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a high chair. Start your day with breakfast on the balcony and unwind there in the evening with a glass of wine.



The nearest beach, Strandbad West in Überlingen, is a 9-minute drive (7.5 km) away, where you can swim in clear blue water and enjoy beautiful lake and mountain views. The charming center of Überlingen, with its lovely architecture, lively promenades, and a thermal bath, is 8 minutes by car (7 km). There you'll find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants. Additional beaches can be found in Sipplingen (13 minutes by car or 11.5 km) and Ludwigshafen (9 minutes by car or 7.2 km). From the Meersburg ferry terminal (21 minutes by car, 23 km), you can cross the lake to Konstanz and explore the picturesque old town with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers many excellent hiking and cycling trails through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshore. In winter, you can reach ski resorts within 30 minutes by car (31 km) or by crossing into nearby Austria or Switzerland.



Parking is available on the property at no extra charge. There is also a lockable storage area for bicycles. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are not allowed.

    Die Ferienwohnung Haus 18 In Nesselwangen ist eine schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem großen Balkon nach Westen, auf dem man es sich gut gehen lassen. Die integrierte kleine Küche ist praktisch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad ist recht klein, aber hat alles, was ein Bad braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Dorf Nesselwangen liegt oberhalb von Überlingen, hat regelmäßige Busverbindungen nach dort. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 30 Minuten in Überlingen. Rückwärts auch, allerdings geht es nur bergauf, aber mit E-Bike und einigermaßen fit ist das kein Problem. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

    Nettes kleines Appartement

    Wir haben die Lage sehr genossen. Die FeWo war klein aber völlig ausreichend, sauber und das Frühstück auf dem großen Balkon war sehr angenehm. Das Bad ist für große Gäste nicht so geeignet. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Nach 10 Min. mit dem Auto ist man am Bodensee … mit dem Fahrrad ca. 20 Min.

    Pros: Der Gast freundlich und sauber Cons: Waschbecken sehr klein , man kann der sehr schlecht benutzen, der Vermieter ist sehr nett aber nicht groß zügig für die Ausstattung .
