Centrally located to the best South Bend has to offer, we are less than a mile from the Notre Dame exit on Interstate 80. Tucked away in a peaceful residential neighborhood on a limited access street you won’t have to deal with traffic noise, yet have quick and easy access to Notre Dame, Memorial Hospital, downtown South Bend, the Morris Civic Center, the best shopping around and with a turn north you are just a few miles from the Michigan state line with Lake Michigan within 45 minutes.
Step inside to a newly redecorated and meticulously clean 3 bedroom home filled with whimsical charm. Each room was created with comfort and relaxation in mind with a twist of nostalgic flair.
The living room has a 65 inch Roku Smart TV with all your popular apps to sign into backed by high speed internet. A large comfy couch and a heated recliner offer relaxation after a long day of work or play.
Each main floor bedroom offers comfy queen beds with USB charging ports built into the touch lamps and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom also has a 43 inch Smart TV to stream your services and a fan for those hot flashes that even the central air can’t seem to tame.🙂 The lower level bedroom has 2 twin beds and is centered on gaming… for the kid in all of us.
The kitchen is fully stocked with the basics and both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker are provided as well as pods, sweeteners and creamers.
The bathroom is all brand new with basic supplies provided like body wash and shampoo. We also have a stash of basics like razors, toothbrushes and other toiletries just in case you forget something. Please only use them if you really need them.🙂
A laundry room for long or short term guests is provided to use free of charge. There is even a laundry chute in the bathroom that drops down into the laundry room making laundry and checkout a breeze.
The home you will stay in is the home I raised my children in and where so many great memories were created. My goal is to see great memories for your stay as well, so please respect the house rules. My neighbors are my friends. Please respect their privacy.
