Forests, vines and valleys make up this landscape, punctuated by the purple lavender field. Numerous cellars characterize the vineyards of Clairette de Die. It is also the land of Picodon cheese, crunchy almonds, honey and ravioli.



Enjoy the pleasure of swimming in the river or in the Roanne Valley, go fishing or canoeing. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails provide access to small, secluded chapels in the mountain. Take off in a glider or paraglider, roam the mountain villages such as Vercheny, St. Benoit and St. Sauveur en Diois, not to mention Saillans, whose picturesque alleys host a Sunday market. Don't miss the keep of Crest and the historic village of Die.
