All five bedrooms are located upstairs, making evenings quiet and comfortable for the whole group. Plush beds ensure restful nights, and select bedrooms include desks for remote work or school (fast Wi-Fi included). A new sleeper sofa in the open upstairs landing provides additional sleeping space. Two shared guest bathrooms and an impressive Master bath serve the upper level, and guests consistently rave about the open, flowing layout of the home.

Downstairs is where everyone naturally gathers. The expansive living area features a cozy sectional, large TV, and plenty of seating for movie nights or downtime after the beach. The oversized kitchen and wet bar are ideal for preparing meals and entertaining, fully stocked with everything needed for dining in. Enjoy friendly competition with the ping pong table or settle in for cards at the poker table. A walk-in shower on the main level makes rinsing off sandy feet quick and easy.

Private Backyard Oasis

Step outside to your own fenced backyard retreat, complete with a sparkling private pool—one of the home’s most loved features. Fire up the propane grill for poolside dinners, relax under the Florida sun, or unwind with music thanks to the upgraded interior and exterior sound system. Choose your soundtrack for the pool area or the main living space independently. A full-size washer and dryer and garage add even more convenience.
