Kokomo is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. Inside, guests find two queen beds and several twin beds, perfect for a restful night. The house features 1.5 bathrooms, including a extra deep bathtub to unwind after a day of exploring. Large comfy living room and upper level gaming room, reading nook with lots of books and games and work area offer extra space, with futons and extra trundle twin beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. Heating and AC keep the environment pleasant no matter the season. Whether relaxing in the cozy living areas or enjoying some quiet time inside or on the porch or in the sunroom, this fabulous home provides a welcoming retreat. Make your stay one for the books with a stay at our place.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. A cleaning fee $50 will be assessed.

The house was amazing, the host was very upfront and communicated very well. Had everything we needed and then some. Love the fact that we could park in the driveway and street side. House is very easy to get to right off of a main road. We will definitely stay there again when we are up that way visiting.

This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve experienced. The home was even better than the photos spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and more!). We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and cozy outdoor space. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and responded quickly to any questions. The location was ideal close to attractions yet peaceful and private. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend it to future guests.

House is Big and beautiful. Had everything you could need. Fully stocked like you were borrowing a friends house and fenced in back yard. Your right in town but quieter neighborhood. Good pizza across the street.

We have been living in the Kokomo area for over 10 years. We are a small family run business. We love to host and serve people with an excellent and cozy place to stay.

It's in the Old Silk Stocking neighborhood. It's a quiet area of town with a lot of historic homes. This home has so many amazing features! (Kokomo does have quiet hours from 10pm to 8am so please observe these.) There is plenty of parking, lots of services and lots of charm too! We are near just about everything in Kokomo, the Speedway, Championship Park, Scoops and Big Ben Coffee Shop are in walking distance, and downtown is just a couple minutes away with MOJO coffee shop, Cook McDougal's Pub or Foxes Den just to name a few!

It's a great mix of historic details and modern charm. It has a great layout with a large kitchen and lots of quiet spaces. There is an upstairs gaming and study area and a quiet reading nook. There is a nice back porch to spend a few minutes enjoying the breeze. We are near just about everything in Kokomo, the speedway, Championship Park, scoops and Big Ben Coffee Shop is in walking distance, and downtown is just a couple minutes away.
