気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、掲載情 報の正確さ
The villa was nothing like what was shown on the Internet. It was filthy. They actually tried to give us an Airbnb on a back alleyway with dog feces in front of it. They told us the villa was being used by somebody else, even though we had rented it. We refused and asked them rectify the problem. Once we got in the villa. The sewer drain was clogged, there were bugs, there was blood on a sheet, the place was just dirty and clearly not disinfected. The one bright spot was the AC worked. There were dogs and cats in the compound. One of the cats was injured. It was heartbreaking. Overall, the place was bad. We’ve tried to reach out to the owner several times by the advice of the host and the owner has refused to return our calls. The Villa was a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10. The owner of the property we rented cares nothing about his customers. Absolutely zero professionalism. I do want to say the staff did put an effort in even though the things we asked them to fix they were never taken care of during our stay. Our family highly recommends you go elsewhere. !!!!!
