Welcome to our cozy two-bedroom, two-bath carriage house overlooking the beautiful Ross Barnett Reservoir—perfect for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled stay! Enjoy easy access to fishing, boating, and water skiing, along with stunning water and neighborhood views.

Inside, you’ll find two comfortable queen beds with brand-new mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. The two full bathrooms include one with a convenient stand-up shower and the other with a bathtub/shower combination.

Located in the charming Lost Rabbit community, you’ll be surrounded by scenic beauty and walkable streets. Enjoy dining and live music at the popular on-site restaurant, The Rabbit Hole, or take a stroll to nearby trails along the Natchez Trace for biking and hiking.

The carriage house features a fully equipped kitchen, plus a beautiful covered seating area—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Additional amenities include parking for two cars and a fenced-in yard.

Please note: The carriage house is accessible by stairs only.

We arrived late in the evening. It was very dark as there are no street lights in the area where you need to go to park. Could have been given clearer directions on how to access driveway since it’s around the far side of the house on a different road. The code worked fine and we accessed the property easily. Overall, the place was clean and orderly. They had clear directions once we were inside and even had snacks and drinks. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure and temp was good. WiFi worked well. Host was communicative and even checked in with us via the VRBO messaging app the morning of check out to ensure all was good. Overall, this is a clean, nice property and we would stay here again.
