Our vacation home features a bright, spacious living area with a fireplace. The living room opens directly onto the sunny, covered terrace. All rooms are accessible without steps.
The swimming lake is within walking distance (250 m).
On the large, glass-enclosed southwest-facing terrace, you can relax and watch the sunset while barbecuing.
The house has underfloor heating and electric roller shutters. All rooms are on the first floor; the attic has not been converted.
Parking spaces are available right next to the vacation rental. An 11 kW wallbox is available.
