Casa Saturn is a modern and very fully equipped townhouse with beautiful sea views and private terrace. Due to its size it offers ample space for 4 persons. It is only a short way through the alleys of Conil to the beach - the city centre is also only a few steps away. The location is free of traffic and - rarely in Conil - quite quiet on a footpath. It has everything for a comfortable holiday - the house is fully air-conditioned, the kitchen is superbly equipped and from the private terrace you have a beautiful view.

A private parking space near the accommodation can be booked (if available) for €8.50 per day.
Details of this 2-storey holiday home:
2 bedrooms on the ground floor: one with double bed 150 cm wide, one with 2 single beds, 90 x 190 cm wide, each with built-in wardrobe, air conditioning
2 bathrooms with shower (one on the ground floor, one on the 1st floor)
Salon on the 1st floor with corner sofa, Smart TV, dining table with chairs, WiFi Internet
integrated kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and all necessary utensils

Overall recommendation, but think twice about it with small kids

The host was very nice and we received a friendly welcome. Even when there were problems, e.g. with WiFi, they responded quickly. Contact via WhatsApp was quick and uncomplicated. The house was very clean. The air conditioning worked great (even for heating in the off-season). The location in Conil we found great, about 5 min walk to the old town, and in a quiet side street. The equipment in the house was sufficient, could have been more (e.g. vacuum cleaner, more dishes for 4 persons, more blankets for the night). The roof terrace was nice, with a view like in the pictures. Unfortunately we could hardly use it in October/November because it was usually too windy and therefore too cool. Attention with small children: The stairs to the upper floor and to the roof terrace were open and without protection. Even the big one had challenges because the stairs were quite steep, a bit slippery (with tiles) and had no railing to hold on to. We didn't know that, it didn't come out of the description or the pictures. Otherwise we would probably have chosen a different accommodation. If you have small children for whom stairs are still a challenge, you should know this beforehand! Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Casa Saturn hat uns sehr gut gefallen.. Es ist schön eingerichtet und wie beschrieben ausgestattet.. Die Lage ist sehr zentral aber ruhig in einer kleinen Seitenstr.. Supermarkt,, Stadtmitte, Restaurants, Bars und Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen . Der Verwalter Juan ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Dachterrasse haben wir aufgrund des Wetters nur einmal benutzt, im Sommer aber sehr schön zum sitzen. Das Haus und die Buchung über Casa Conil können wir nur empfehlen..

Hi. Die FeWo ist super. Zwei Hinweise: Es wäre gut, wenn darauf hingewiesen wird, dass der Eingang der Wohnung in einer engen Gasse liegt, der nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Ein kleiner Plan über den Zugang in dem engen Gassengewühl wäre auch gut. Bitte Hinweis aufnehmen, dass es in der Wohnung einen Fön und ein Bügeleisen gibt. Sonst alles super.

Buen piso con todo lo necesario y buena zona, a un paseo de la playa y del centro. Muy difícil aparcar en agosto, lógico, por lo que conviene tenerlo en cuenta.

Urlaub in Conil = Urlaub bei Freunden

Die Unterkunft ist relativ neu. Funktional und modern eingerichtet. Von Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine bis zum Grill und den Liegen auf der Dachterrasse ist alles vorhanden. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Wir waren begeistert und haben die Zeit genossen.

Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hell. Die Lage ist sehr zentral (keine 3 min. zu Fuß zur Plaza puerta De la Villa). Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich. Das einzige was uns etwas missfallen hat war, dass der Parkplatz etwas weit entfernt war, trotzdem waren wir froh diesen gebucht zu haben. Wer die Parkplatz Situation in Conil kennt, was wovon wir reden. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Fazit: cinco estrella ️

Tolle Woche im Casa Saturn

Casa Saturn ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in Zentrumsnähe von Conil. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und gepflegt, die Dachterrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Auch die Übergabe und Kommunikation mit Juan lief prima. Wenn es etwas zu verbessern gibt: es gab keine Pfannenwender bzw. Kochlöffel. Aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Wir würden dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wie immer

Wie immer bei Casa Conil hat die Unterkunft exakt der Beschreibung entsprochen. Mit den ausschließlich spanischsprachigen Verwaltern vor Ort konnten wir uns mit unseren paar Wörtern Spanisch gut verständigen. Das Haus ist neu und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Jederzeit wieder.

Gerne wieder

Super Wohnung, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr modern und neu. Sehr nah am Stadtzentrum, aber trotzdem ruhig. Nette spanische Nachbarschaft, Parkplätze mut ein wenig Geduld bei der Suche auch in der Hauptsasion zu bekommen.
