Welcome to Högelian and this beautiful vacation home.
The house consists of a living room, kitchen area, bathroom with toilet and shower and sleeping loft. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. In the attic, which has a steep staircase up, there are 2 single beds.
The property includes 2 canoes and there are many beautiful lakes with good paddling trails to explore. The bathing place in a private location is about 1 km from the accommodation. There are good fishing waters as well as swimming opportunities. The farm where you stay was once an old train station and the embankment where the trains once ran is now a beautiful hiking and biking trail. Banvallsleden and all the other beautiful trails around the farm invite you to many beautiful walks and bike rides.
From the estate it is about 15 km to the large nature reserve of Glaskogen, which offers a whole 300 km of hiking trails. In the reserve there are about 80 lakes for paddling and many nice picnic spots. To the smaller town of Årjäng, which offers many restaurants and shopping, it is 7 km. Töcksfors with its large shopping center can be reached after a 20-minute drive. There are other accommodations near S73202. A warm welcome!
