This beautiful property features fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests will find two clean bathrooms, making mornings easy and convenient. The house stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season. Offers front and back porch to sit and relax after a long day on the water or work. Whether relaxing inside or exploring nearby, this fabulous house offers a welcoming retreat.

Off of I-55 South/North, with short drive to University of Miss. (Ole Miss) and Memphis TN.
Wedding venue approx. 3 miles. Excellent stay for fishing trips, or wedding party. Mallard Point Golf Course approx 4 ml.

Really nice place. Hot water wasn’t very hot but overall it was great. We will stay here again next year if available. Great stay and not far from Sardis.

What a charming little getaway! It was perfect for our family's needs, easy access to the highway but in a quiet neighborhood. The place was immaculate, the beds are comfortable, the AC works wonderfully, and all the kitchen appliances worked perfectly. It is really close to the lake, and the back porch has a pleasing, inviting and relaxing ambiance. We were very grateful for the front porch cameras, as we were able get in despite a code mix up from VRBO. If we find ourselves in the neighborhood again, there is no question where we will be booking to stay. Thank you for having this little slice of heaven available.
