The villa’s outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and family enjoyment. A 10m x 5m private pool (1.65m deep) forms the centrepiece of the terrace, surrounded by sunbeds, parasols and coffee tables. A shaded dining terrace seats up to ten guests, while a contemporary pergola with cushioned seating provides a cool, inviting space to unwind.
Pool heating and jacuzzi heating can be arranged at an additional cost.


Contemporary Interiors

The open-plan living space is perfect for sociable family holidays. The modern kitchen includes granite worktops and high-quality appliances, while the adjoining lounge offers comfortable seating, IPTV with British channels, and an indoor dining area. A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.



Four Ensuite Bedrooms Across Two Levels

Ideal for 2–3 families or 4 couples, the villa’s bedrooms are arranged over the lower ground and first floors, giving excellent privacy and flexibility.

These rooms enjoy a peaceful setting away from street noise, opening onto a quiet outdoor area.

First Floor

All bedrooms include fitted wardrobes, mirrors and dressing tables. Three rooms have LCD TVs, all feature hot/cold air conditioning, and styling hairdryers are provided. Fold-up beds can be added to all rooms except the Twin room (additional charge).

Families will appreciate the excellent leisure facilities, including a pool table, table tennis, PlayStation 3, spacious gardens and multiple terraces.
