The well-furnsihed holiday apartment Sankt Johann I is located in the historic old town of Constance and impresses with its excellent location in the oldest part of the town, the Niederburg, and with its individually and lovingly designed interiors. It is located in a listed building, which was completely renovated in 2020 and dates back to 1275.



The small apartment consists of a living and bedroom with a double bed, cable TV, a well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine as well as a bathroom with a shower. It therefore accommodates 2 people.



The guests can use the inner courtyard to park their bicycles or to make themselves comfortable in the sitting area with a shared open terrace and a barbecue.



Due to the excellent location, there is a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés in the immediate vicinity (20-300 m; 1-5 minutes on foot). Lake Constance is about 300 m away (5 minutes on foot), while the nearest bathing area, the Konstanzer Rheinstrandbad, is 800 m away (11 minutes on foot).



In addition to the many sights close to the city centre, the Bodensee Therme is one of the most popular places in Constance (3.8 km; 10 minutes by car), where you can spend a relaxing day in the numerous swimming pools and saunas.



Constance main railway station is only 1.2 km away (5 minutes by car or 11 minutes on foot). Therefore, if you arrive by train, you will certainly like this accommodation. The bus stop Schottenplatz is about 100m away.



The airport in Friedrichshafen is 32.6 km away (1 hour and 13 minutes by car). Zurich airport is 70km away (50 minutes by car, direct connection without changing from the airport train station to Konstanz).

The flat must be left swept clean when you check out. We would ask you to empty the rubbish bins into the bins provided and to leave the furnishings as you found them.
