The Space:

Condo Tukipa is a newly built residence located within the exclusive 7Eight community in Punta Mita, offering a refined blend of comfort, privacy, and tranquility. Designed for a seamless stay, the condo features open living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace ideal for relaxing while enjoying views of the golf course and surrounding nature.



The residence offers four well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy, perfect for families or groups of 12 guests:

• Master Bedroom: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, closet, A/C, safe, and golf course/lagoon views

• Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, en-suite bathroom, closet, A/C, safe, and exterior views

• Bedroom 3: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, closet, and A/C

• Bedroom 4: Two queen beds, en-suite bathroom, work desk, A/C, and natural views

As a guest, you will enjoy the Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, which grants access to a carefully curated selection of exclusive amenities within the Punta Mita community.



This **Punta Mita Golf Membership** includes access to four private beach clubs: Pacífico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Club, and Sufi Ocean Club, each set along stunning beachfront locations and offering full restaurant service, all available to vacation rental guests.



In addition, you will have access to two exceptional Jack Nicklaus–designed golf courses, Pacífico and Bahía, as well as the Tennis Center, Fitness Center (Available from 12:00pm - 6:00pm), and over four miles of scenic walking and jogging trails throughout Punta Mita. (Additional costs apply)



**Access Fees**

Please note that access to Punta Mita amenities is subject to a one-time Access Fee per guest, per stay. This fee is established by the Punta Mita community and is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise specified.

Overlooking the 7th and 8th fairways of the Jack Nicklaus Bahía Golf Course, 7Eight is a collection of luxury residences designed to maximize indoor-outdoor living, with spacious terraces and private plunge pools.



Getting Around:

Thanks to its privileged location, guests can easily get around by golf cart to access the private beach clubs, golf courses, restaurants, tennis courts, and fitness centers, all located within short distances throughout the community.



Additionally, Punta Mita is just minutes away from the charming town of Punta de Mita, where guests can enjoy local restaurants, boutiques, and authentic regional experiences, as well as other nearby destinations throughout the Riviera Nayarit. The Puerto Vallarta International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away, providing convenient and easy access.



Other Things to Note:

A security deposit equivalent to $1,500 US or $30,000 MXN is required as a pre-authorization hold on the guest’s credit card upon arrival



Cancellation Policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

House Rules:

•Suitable for infants (less than 2).

•Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out.

•Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity.

•Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property.

•Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

•After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level.

•Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.

•Eating is not allowed in the pool.

•Do not put food in the bedrooms.

•No shoes on sofas.
