Relax during your travels at this beautiful whole family home in a quiet and safe Taipei neighborhood. You'll be minutes away from some of the best day hikes in the city like Elephant Mountain with a superb view of 101 right in your backyard & just a minutes walk away from arguably the most beautiful temple in all of Taipei, "Songhan Fengtian Gong Temple" (completely free to visit). Want to be near 101 and the superb shopping in Mitsukoshi Shopping District? Our home is just a 2.4 km walk to Taipei 101 (or a convenient direct 5 min bus ride on the 88, 88 Shuttle, Xinyi, 207, 20, or BL10 bus lines (bus stop right across from the home)). Great public transport! Right across from a police station, library, and parks! Our home is your perfect Taipei home base! 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom with a sofa in the Living Room which can serve as a 3rd bed. The 2nd bedroom has two twins while the master has a king size bed. Laundry on site. The property has a kitchen, standard size dining table, (4) chairs, & baby chair. WIFI Internet throughout and TVs are in the living room and master. The master bathroom has a bidet toilet seat, bathtub, and shower. The guest bathroom has a shower (no tub). The property is in a quiet neighborhood with superb public transport and access to the Four Beast Mountains and Song Shan Feng Tian Gong Temple, arguably the most beautiful temple in all of Taipei.

This property is for monthly rental only. 30 days rental or more in adherence to all local laws.

However, by your 10th day of your stay, if you're not fully-satisfied with your stay at our rental, then you can pay 1/3 of the months' rental fee (50,000 NTD) plus a 10,000 NTD cancellation fee and terminate your stay at 10 days. Likewise, between your 10th and 20th days of your stay, if you're not fully-satisfied with your stay at our rental, then you can pay 2/3 of the months' rental fee (100,000 NTD) plus a 5,000 NTD cancellation fee and terminate your stay at 20 days.

An avid hiker, I know all the trails in the city like the back of my hand and can recommend hikes for all ages and skill levels. Unique experiences and memorable trips outside Taipei, I have you covered. Taiwanese are generally kind and welcoming and the culture of our wonderful city will rub on everyone who visits. I hope that my rental home will serve as your or your family's perfect base for exploring and enjoying this incredible city. My favorite spot of all may be Song Shan Feng Tian Gong Temple which is just minutes away from our rental. It's hands-down the most beautiful temple in all of Taipei. You can spend hours marveling at all the intricate art work in wood, ceramics, and stone. The very architecture of this temple will leave you stunned. What's more? It's completely free to enter and roam around in marvel.

Quiet and with great connection to the MRT and bus system. Superb hiking (Tiger Creek Trail is GORGEOUS) and the Four Beasts Mountains (Elephant, Leopard, Lion, and Tiger), Nangang Mountain, and Thumb Mountain have something for everybody! Song Shan Feng Tian Gong Temple is mind-blowingly beautiful and it's all free to explore.
