Spanning the second and third floors, this townhome features two separate entry points—one via stairs and another directly from the elevator—offering both privacy and convenience from the moment you arrive.



The main living level showcases an open-concept layout with a spacious sectional and leather accent chair centered around a 65” smart TV, creating a relaxed space for movie nights or downtime after a day of adventure. The kitchen is well equipped for anything from quick breakfasts to full family meals, featuring a gas stove, ample counter space, bar seating for three, and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. A convenient half bath is located just off the living area.



Three bedrooms are located on this level, making it ideal for multi-generational groups. Two queen bedrooms, each with wall-mounted smart TVs and LED ceiling fans, share a full bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The primary king suite on this floor offers a private ensuite with double vanity, walk-in shower, and a closet with a laptop safe for added peace of mind.
