We’ve put a lot of love and hard work into the renovation to make this vacation home something special. On all our many trips, we’ve always encountered the same issues... Sagging beds, small and worn-out sofas, tiny TVs where you couldn’t see a thing. Not to mention kitchen amenities that made it impossible to cook anything decent. <br>That’s why we’re trying to do better in our country house.<br><br>The house offers plenty of comfort and a wonderful outdoor wellness oasis. A wood-fired outdoor sauna barrel for crackling, soothing warmth—accommodates up to 6 people. <br>A huge wood-fired hot tub for up to 6 people, perfect for relaxing in warm water under the starry sky. Plus, a cold outdoor shower (turned off during frost). A large Fun Wood Pool, 130 cm deep and 16 m³ in volume. It’s covered, making it warmer and usable until the end of September.<br><br>There are 3 parking spaces, as well as a lockable garage for bicycles. The house is ideal for two families. <br>From top to bottom... There are 2 bedrooms in the attic. One has a double bed, cozily tucked into an alcove (235 x 200 cm). The other bedroom has 2 single beds (100 x 200 cm).<br>First floor: 1 large bedroom with a view of the Rosbach stream; bed: 160 x 200 cm.<br>Balcony <br>1 restroom with a sink. As well as a bathroom with a tub and sink.<br>The great living room with a 65-inch TV, open kitchen, and cozy dining area. As well as the bathroom with a tub and sink. There is a separate entrance to the first floor and the top floor.<br><br>On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200 cm).<br>1 restroom with a sink.<br>Hallway and storage room with laundry area, washing machine, and dryer.<br>Plus, the best part: a communal party room with a huge corner bench that seats up to 9 people and a 60-inch TV for great soccer nights.<br>The crackling wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth. <br>A double party sink with 2 large refrigerators. Just great for cozy get-togethers.<br><br>1 shower with toilet and sink. <br>Entrance foyer for storage.<br>The garden is fenced with sturdy 120 cm wire mesh. Dogs of any breed and any number are welcome here. However, the final cleaning fee increases for 3 or more dogs.<br><br>Please pay the final cleaning fee on site: 155 euros; 190 euros for 6 or more guests. <br>Electricity: 0.39€ per kWh, based on consumption
