Inside, the condo offers a welcoming coastal space designed for comfort after a day in the sun. The open living and dining area provides plenty of room to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests will also find Wi-Fi and beach essentials including beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon to make beach days simple and convenient.
Westwinds Resort offers great outdoor spaces to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Guests have access to the heated swimming pool, waterfront BBQ grills, picnic areas, and three fishing docks along the Intracoastal Waterway. The waterfront deck areas are perfect for relaxing while watching boats pass by and dolphins occasionally swim through the channel. A coin-operated laundry room is available on site for guest use.
The location makes it easy to enjoy everything Treasure Island has to offer. The beach is just across the street, and nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and beach bars are within walking distance. John’s Pass Village is just a short drive away and offers some of the area’s best waterfront restaurants, shops, water activities, and nightlife.
Treasure Island is easy to explore with the Suncoast Beach Trolley running along Gulf Boulevard, connecting guests to nearby beach towns including St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, and Pass-a-Grille. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.
This condo is intended for relaxing beach stays and is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Guests are asked to treat the home with care and report any issues upon check-in. One assigned parking space for a standard passenger vehicle is included. Trailers, boats, and jet skis are not permitted on the property.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
