The unit was beautiful and updated. The location was wonderful, very walkable. We rented bicycles and that was easy to walk to and get them. We really enjoyed our stay. We would rent this unit again!

The place was lovely and very nicely updated, the rental management company is amazing and so helpful everything was so professional it felt like checking into a high end hotel. The upstairs neighbor unfortunately blared music all day and the TV all night until 1am it was so loud it sounded like it was in our unit. Sadly there’s not much anyone can do about it. The rental company was as helpful and apologetic as they could be but the HOA didn’t seem to have solid rules in place to enforce so we just dealt with it. It was quiet one of the 5 days but we really wanted to enjoy the beautiful patio and hear the birds chirping and this was not the place for that. We were also working from home and even inside our unit people on calls could hear the background music blaring from upstairs. It was mostly classical so not as bad as it could’ve been… It was amazing besides all that and if you’re planning to be out and about all day and perhaps your own tv going in the evening then you probably won’t be impacted much. Place was beautifully renovated.

The property as described. Clean and nice. All kitchen gadgets were good and no scratches on pots pans which is important to me. Nice bed. Hosts were friendly and available. The downside was booking and hidden 300 fee for the dog. It was embedded somewhere in fine print and I was caught off guard. It was added without my consent after booking was completed and non refundable. Normally when I book via VrBO and mark number of people and pet the final total comes out. Here pet fee was added on top of final amount though “no hidden fees” was advertised. Not to mention the fact that average pet fee in the area is 150, not 300. Looks like bad trap to me. May or may not be legal what was done, but definitely didn’t look like fair deal to me.
