Looking for peace, nature and relaxation? A little outside the city centre, but close to many activities, is this beautiful farmhouse. A typical rustic house with a cosy living room and a large dining table where you can play games or chat away all evening. With a large garden and a beautiful sunny balcony, you will enjoy stunning views of the Kitzbühel Alps. If you want to experience a farm with live animals up close, this is the right place!

In summer and winter there are numerous activities right on the doorstep. The free ski bus stops in the immediate vicinity and takes you directly to the next ski slopes.
A special highlight of our house is that you can buy fresh products directly at the farm. The farm is surrounded by a large garden. From the beautiful sunny balcony you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Kitzbühel Alps
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
