A cosy flat perfect for a small party. The warm location ensures you can enjoy plenty of sunshine hours in the valley of beautiful Mühlbach near Bramberg am Wildkogel. This is the perfect place to retreat together and have a relaxing time together. Whether you come as a couple, friends or small family, there is an awful lot to discover in this region!

Nearby there is a swimming pool and there are also other sports facilities. Cross-country skiing, hiking and tobogganing can be done in the direct surroundings. We recommend the 14 km long toboggan run in Bramberg, which is the longest toboggan run in the world. The famous waterfalls of Krimml, the Großglocknerstrasse and the Gerlospass are all in the immediate vicinity.

The ski bus, which takes you to the surrounding ski areas of Kitzbühel/Kirchberg and Bramberg/Wildkogel, is about 250m away and leaves every hour. Approx. 100m from the house, at Wanderhotel Kirchner, is also a ski bus stop, which goes 1 x in the morning towards the Bramberg/Wildkogel ski area and also stops back at the hotel at the end of the day. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
