Tree-lined streets, charming homes, and a mature streetscape give this area a classic Toronto feel. You’re steps from local parks, cafes, and shops along Yonge and Lawrence avenues, while transit is easily accessible. Families love this neighbourhood for its quiet charm, strong schools, and walkability.

This neighbourhood is superbly connected and walkable. The Lawrence subway station on the Line 1 Yonge–University line is just minutes away, giving you direct access to downtown and beyond.

Multiple TTC bus routes (e.g. along Yonge, Lawrence, Bayview) also run nearby, making east-west and north-south trips convenient.

For drives, the major roads like Yonge and Bayview are close by, and you’re within reasonable reach of highways if you want to travel further out.

Out of consideration for my neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum—especially during evening hours and especially while outside. While you`re welcome to relax and unwind, parties and events are not permitted.

🚫 Please note that smoking, vaping, or the use of cannabis is not allowed inside the house or in the backyard.

🕚 Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

🚗 Should you require parking, there is street permit parking for any vehicle that is not oversized. That said — the neighbourhood is incredibly walkable. Plus, public transit is not too far, making it easy to explore the city without the hassle of driving. Uber and Lyft are always popular options.

🧻 To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials at the beginning of your stay — including items like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish pods, etc. Please note that we do not replenish these items during your stay. Should you need more, there are several nearby stores for easy restocking.

🚨 In the event of an emergency, dial 911 for police, fire, or ambulance services. The emergency exit route is out the front door.
