From the airport you can reach the city center by taxi or by bus 100. From Bucharest North Railway Station, by taxi or by metro.
About heating: Liric Building has its own heating system, with preset temperatures.
Please take into account that the apartment is located in the center of the capital and parking spaces are not guaranteed and are not easily available, until after 5 pm.
However in the square in front of the building there are paid public parking spaces. Price: 8Eur/24h. SMS payment. Safe and guarded parking.
