Sugar Beach Resort Fees & Policies

Registration Fee

All guests and vehicles must be registered upon arrival.
Guest & vehicle registration: $37

Parking & Vehicle Rules

All vehicles must be registered with make, model, year, color, and tag number
Welcome package will be provided upon arrival (or next business day if arriving after hours)

Trailer Parking

Trailer parking: $100 per space

All trailers must be registered and approved
Larger trailers may require multiple spaces

Pet Policy & Fees

Up to 2 pets (dogs or cats) are allowed per unit with owner approval. All pets must be registered at the front desk, with proof of current vaccinations, and must display a pet tag at all times.

Pet Registration Fees

1 Pet: $80 (3 days or less) | $150 (4+ days)
2 Pets: $120 (3 days or less) | $200 (4+ days)

Unregistered pets may result in fines and additional charges.

Breed Restrictions

Certain breeds are not permitted, including but not limited to: Akita, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf hybrids.

Initial Supplies

UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Enso Boarding Pass

After booking, you will receive a link to your Enso Boarding Pass. This digital guest portal will include everything you need for your stay, including check-in and check-out details, property information, guidebooks, and local recommendations. You'll also have access to bookable activities and any available add-ons, including pet fees or optional upsells, which you can review and agree to directly through the platform before your arrival.

Pet Limit: 2 pets

Pet fees are collected through our Enso Connect Boarding Pass prior to arrival and must be completed before check-in instructions are released.
