Check in process was easy and the property owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our visit, which was greatly appreciated. There was also plenty of bedding provided to comfortably accommodate all of our guests. Cleanliness of the property was a little disappointing. Upon arrival, we noticed several areas that could have been cleaned more thoroughly, instead looked very rush cleaned with crumbs left on counter tops, & other odds and ends shoved in closets however we made due. The Bay Area lake front out back of the house was very pretty & almost always calm. The back deck had numerous screws poking up so hopefully future renters keep an eye on that. The grill on the back deck looks usable until you open it and see the cooking grates have rusted off & not even a place to cook on top, luckily we did bring our Blackstone to use for the weekend.Over all the house itself was nice, would stay again if opportunity ever came back up.
