BEDROOMS
Each of the three bedrooms features a comfortable king-size bed and rustic furnishings. Two include attached bathrooms, while a third bathroom is accessible from the hallway. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Ideal for family gatherings, each room includes a Roku TV for winding down after a full day in the mountains.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Relax in the inviting living room with a propane fireplace, scenic mountain views, and a 55” Smart TV with soundbar. The open-concept layout flows into a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The dining area is perfect for shared meals, games, or late-night conversations.

ENTERTAINMENT
Enjoy the nostalgic multicade arcade machine, fun for all ages. Stream your favorite shows, movies, and sports with complimentary Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ on every TV.

HOT TUB

POOL ACCESS
While Emerald Bear does not have an onsite pool, guests may access Honeysuckle Meadows Pool & Fishing Pond just 10 minutes away. Day passes are $5 per person and include pool access and catch-and-release fishing.

★ HOUSE RULES & OTHER POLICIES ★

ACCESS & PARKING
Paved access with a steep incline. During snow or icy conditions, 4WD is recommended. Parking is available for up to 3–4 vehicles or 2 vehicles plus a small trailer.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• No parties or large events
• No pets allowed
• No RV or alternative parking
• No firepit on-site
• Well water and septic system

SECURE PAYMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION
To ensure a safe and trusted experience, all guests complete a brief verification process after booking, including a rental agreement and photo ID upload through our secure portal. Additional verification may be required if the booking guest is not the cardholder. These steps help protect both you and the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations more than 7 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. We will always do our best to accommodate change requests when possible.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee supports fair wages for our professional cleaning team and includes a damage protection policy for added peace of mind. This fee helps maintain the high standards our guests consistently praise and ensures your stay is comfortable from arrival to departure.
