This beautiful and comfortable holiday apartment with a spacious terrace and a communal pool behind the house, which is fully fenced, is located in the attractive Biograd.

The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom and is suitable for 4 people. Guests have access to a large communal taverna where first-class specialities can be prepared.

The beautifully landscaped grounds are very pleasant and for entertainment you can play darts and table tennis. The house has three apartments. The sandy beach offers real refreshment and relaxation, where you can spend a great day of fun in the sun, sports and swimming in the sea.

Be sure to visit Lake Vrana, the nature park and the largest natural lake in Croatia, which is an unspoilt natural habitat for water birds. The apartment is located between the two historically rich towns of ibenik and Zadar, whose city centres and historical heritage will delight you.
