We pride ourselves in a great location and well kept property. We list for extended stays to encourage renters to treat the place like home. Most renters we have had in the past have rented for many years after enjoying the condo and the island.

It is a short walk to Santini Plaza (Ice Cream, Coffee, Hardware, Liquor, shops), a bi weekly market, CVS, 7-11, and most importantly THE BEACH....
