Large 2-family house "Los Frasquitos". In the resort Las Marinas de Vera, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the sea, on the beach, road to cross. Private: small garden (fenced). Outdoor shower, single garage at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar, café 200 m, sandy beach "Playazo de Vera" 20 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, golf course 5 km. Nearby attractions: Garrucha 800 m. Please note: no lift. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Spacious and bright, renovated in 2019, practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, digital TV, heating stove, air conditioning, fan and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), fan. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), electric heating and fan. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, shower/bidet/WC. Large terrace 80 m2, small terrace 12 m2. Es war wunderbar

Dies war unser zweiter Besuch. Die Bilder lügen nicht! Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden. Es war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. 2 Bäder. Handtücher etc. alles vorhanden. Sehr sauber alles. Erste Lage am Strand. Kontakt zum Vermieter war super nett und schnell. Garage ebenfalls vorhanden. Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Strand nur durch die Promenade (Fußweg) getrennt. Waschmaschine vorhanden. 2 große Kühlschränke im Haus. Ich komme wieder

Espectacular

La casa es preciosa y además de tener todo lo que se necesita, la ubicación es inmejorable. La terraza frente a la playa es un remanso de paz, en el que cada amanecer es un espectáculo y cualquier momento del día es especial. Por el paseo marítimo se llega a la zona más concurrida de restaurantes en apenas 5 minutos paseando. Está muy bien comunicado para poder visitar Mojácar, el parque natural del cabo de Gata y otros lugares de interés. El propietario es muy amable y siempre atento a todo.

Fantástica

La casa está recién renovada y ha quedado muy bonita. Cuenta con una terraza magnífica muy aprovechable. Los colchones eran muy cómodos y estaba impecable. A nosotros nos convenció mucho que tuviera estufa, porque en invierno se queda fría, pero entre la estufa y un par de radiadores en las habitaciones estuvimos fenomenal. Fuimos con 3 niños pequeños (entre 3 y 9 años) en diciembre y hemos estado super bien, con muchas ganas de volver.

Alojamiento perfecto

La situación de la casa es inmejorable, la zona es muy tranquila con unas magníficas vistas desde la terraza frente al mar. Más no se puede pedir...alojamiento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones perfectas. Gracias F. por hacer tan fácil la estancia.
