Comfortable vacation apartment (approx. 55 m²) with a spacious bathroom and a private terrace

Our cozy and very well-equipped 55 m² vacation apartment sleeps 2–4 people and is located near the center of Arbesbach in a quiet setting—perfect for relaxing. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped. A microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and electric stove with glass-ceramic cooktop are also provided. Wheelchair accessible, central heating, satellite TV (HD), Wi-Fi. Table linens and bed linens are provided, along with a spacious bathroom featuring a shower and tub, and a separate toilet. On the terrace, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun, or play a game of table tennis in the large, enclosed garden, and spend a lovely evening barbecuing under the cozy arbor. The garden is ideal for children to play and run around. A children’s playhouse with a double swing and slide is available. Our vacation rental has its own entrance with a parking space right nearby, which our guests find particularly convenient. The nearest grocery store is 100 meters away. A well-stocked library and many board games are also available. Wi-Fi is available and free to use.
