This cozy end-of-row house, approximately 100 m² in size and accommodating up to 5 people, is located in Wenningstedt, close to both the town center and the beach. The first floor features a cozy living and dining area and a bathroom with a bathtub. The separate, bright kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, is fully equipped. Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The attic features another bedroom with a double bed. Feel free to enjoy the beautiful south-facing terrace with the adjoining garden and beach chair (in season). A washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a designated parking space in front of the house are available. Pets are allowed. Enjoy the charming town of Wenningstedt and the island of Sylt during the day, and wind down the evening comfortably with your family by the fireplace.<br><br>Note: Linen packages (bed linens and towels) are not included in the price and can be booked as an optional extra for a fee.

Ein tolles Haus in angenehmer ruhiger Lage. Bäcker, Strand und Italiener ein paar Minuten fußläufig um die Ecke. Zum Tagesbeginn ein paar Minuten im Strandkorb auf der Terrasse und das Urlaubsgefühl ist sofort da! Schön große Doppelbetten! Vielen Dank!
