A vacation home where no wishes remain unfulfilled!

On the outskirts of the old town of Omisalj, in a quiet location is this modernly designed vacation home. Situated on a hill, it offers a beautiful sea view.

The house offers enough space for 8 persons and one pet. It consists of four floors, which are connected by an internal staircase. In the basement of the house, which is also accessible from the terrace, there is a small wellness area with sauna and whirlpool, a bathroom and a room where children can play and have fun. The living room and well-equipped kitchen are located on the first floor from where you can access the two upper floors, each with two bedrooms, while on the second floor there are also two bathrooms. In the attic the minimum ceiling height is about 90 cm.

Boredom will not arise in the outdoor area either. At the back of the fenced property around the outdoor pool are high quality deck chairs for sunbathing and relaxing, a covered gazebo with a multifunctional game table for children and adults. Barbecues and pleasant hours outdoors will complement your vacation. You can also ride a quad bike, which the owner will provide you with.

In the old town, there is a pedestrian zone with several nice cafes, restaurants, a main square, a church and some stores. The owner of the house has in the vicinity, at a distance of about 500 m for his guests 2 free parking spaces and will be happy to transport your luggage with his quad through the pedestrian zone to the vacation home on arrival and departure.

Besides Omi?alj, during your vacation you should definitely get to know the other towns on the island of Krk, as there are numerous beaches for all ages and interesting places with a rich gastronomic offer and many events in the summer season.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2024. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
