The living area opens onto a magnificent outdoor terrace overlooking the olive grove, where you can refresh yourself in the small private pool surrounded by laurel trees.

Nearby, discover Lake Codole, the 9-hole Reginu golf course or the Saleccia Park, where you can explore the Corsican flora. By car, you can quickly reach the village of Feliceto, Ile Rousse and Calvi and its magnificent beaches. Gourmets will be in their element in this exceptional region with the Corsican wines of Patrimonio, the honey and chestnut producers and the famous Corsican charcuterie.

Note: The house is not suitable for children as it has an unsecured window on the second floor 30 cm above the ground. There is a 1.3 km long dirt road leading to the property, which is best driven on with high vehicles such as SUVs.
