Welcome to our super‑clean, bright & spacious 1‑bedroom condo less than a block from South Padre Island’s sandy beach. Gulfpoint has one of the nicest areas on the Island that isn’t beachfront. Our updated third‑floor walk‑up offers a modern open floor plan, a balcony overlooking the pool w/ community BBQ pits & plenty of room for family fun. Up to six guests can relax & unwind here thanks to a fully equipped kitchen, 2 queen beds + airbed, & a welcoming atmosphere.
The Space:
Modern & airy: Updated open‑concept layout with lots of natural light; sparkling clean & bright.
Pool‑view balcony: Enjoy a morning coffee overlooking one of the best pool areas on the island (non‑heated) and use the community BBQ grills for dinner. Please remember charcoal if using these pits
Definitely family‑friendly to be sure - allowing up to 6 though that’s considering kids as likely best fit - with two queen beds in the bedroom, a sectional couch, and an airbed you can blow up. Please bring bedding if you plan on using. Ideal for two adults and two children though we do allow up to 6 total people, Fully equipped kitchen: Stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils for convenient money‑saving meals. Great for work & play: Free Wi‑Fi (island service can be spotty at times), smart TV for your favorite app and a workspace for remote work near the beach.
Pet friendly: One dog is welcome with a $75 fee; please review the house rules for details.
Take note there is not a dishwasher nor washer/dryer in this space, though there is a coin operated community washer and dryer.

Capacity: We do allow up to 6 guests (thanks to the airbed) but the condo is best suited for two adults and two children. Please be aware that it is a one‑bedroom unit not on the beach and not brand new or fully remodeled; we want to set proper expectations.
House rules & booking: Guests must read and agree to all house rules before booking. We have a strict cancellation policy and require a digital rental agreement with photo ID for age verification. Please contact us with any questions before reserving. We require primary guest to be 23 years of age or older. You MUST contact us prior to booking as we do allow under 23 with additional refundable damage deposit this is not optional
Contactless entry: Managed locally by the best property management company on South Padre Island - South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. Door codes are sent via text by 3 p.m. on arrival day we do answer phones 24 hours per day 7 days a week
Supplies & Wi‑Fi: We provide a starter set of toiletries and cleaning supplies; these are not unlimited nor replenished. Wi‑Fi is the highest level available on the island, but outages can occur - hot spot on a cell phone is a great back up option
Pets: One dog is allowed with a $75 fee; please review our pet policy in the house rules.
Discounts: Off‑season discounts for stays over 4 nights (Sept 2 – Dec 20) and discounts for active military and tackle football coaches—contact us to see if you qualify.

Beyond the unit, you have full access to the shared community amenities at Gulfpoint, such as the outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, and the community room. You are also welcome to use the communal charcoal barbecue grills. We provide one dedicated covered parking spot for your vehicle. The building is equipped with an elevator to ensure easy access to your third floor unit.

You will be just a short walk away from the beautiful sandy beach, making it easy to enjoy sun and surf whenever you like. The neighborhood is highly walkable, allowing you to reach popular local dining spots such as Seaside Grill, Sea Ranch for fine marina dining, and Dirty Als for the freshest shrimp on the island. For a casual bite, Mahi Nics is a local favorite for burgers and fish tacos. Getting Around:
Our condo is conveniently located in the heart of South Padre Island, making it an ideal home base for exploring the area. You will have one dedicated covered parking spot included with your stay. If you are traveling with additional vehicles, free parking is available at the island intermodal bus station or at the local post office. The island is highly walkable, allowing you to reach many restaurants and attractions on foot. For those arriving by air, the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is approximately a forty minute drive from the property.

Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 11 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old unless prior arrangements are made. We require a signed rental agreement and a photo ID for age verification before your arrival. This is a smoke free and party free property. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 9 AM. One dog is permitted with a 75 dollar fee and must be disclosed. Please note that the unit does not have a dishwasher or washer and dryer inside, though coin operated laundry is available in the complex. We provide a starter supply of toiletries and paper goods, which are not replenished during your stay. Guests are expected to leave the unit in good condition by setting the thermostat to 78 degrees, starting the dishwasher if applicable, and removing all trash.
