Experience the ultimate coastal getaway at Beachside II, Unit 4365. This 17th-floor luxurious unit offers unparalleled 180-degree panoramic views of the Emerald Coast—from the moment you step into the elevator to your final sunset on the balcony. Relax in simple elegance as you take in miles of sugar-white sand and sparkling turquoise water.

Enjoy being directly beachfront while having access to all the Sandestin Resort has to offer! The oversized sliding glass doors and large windows, along with the open floor plan, allow for unparalleled views of emerald water and powdery white shore. This unit has multiple balconies with access from the living space, the master bedroom, and the guest bedroom, allowing for shared and private outdoor seating.

The unit is directly beachfront and located within Beachside Tower II of the Sandestin Resort, putting you steps away from the beach. The condo complex has a beachfront pool at the base of the tower. The patio area has lounge chairs, outdoor picnic tables, and a pergola offering a shaded area. Guests may use the on-site BBQ grills, fitness center, and beach tram.

By staying at Beachside Towers in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, guests have many fun activities to choose from. These include championship golf courses, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Other must-visit locales include Grand Boulevard and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

• Enjoy access to three pools, including the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center, the Linkside Pool, and the Beachside II pool with an outdoor hot tub.
• Two lightweight chairs and an umbrella are provided in the unit. Beach chair rentals are available from the resort vendor for an additional fee.
• Tram Service – Hop on the resort tram for quick, convenient rides to The Village of Baytowne Wharf.
• Seamless Arrival – Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM. Your access codes will be emailed two days before arrival.
• Active Adventures – Golf and tennis are available for an additional fee.
• Basketball Fun – Shoot some hoops at the on-site court (bring your own ball).
• Family Fun – Enjoy the on-property putt-putt course (available for an additional fee).

Wonderful Trip Great View

We had a wonderful trip and will definitely return. There was plenty of room on the balcony for us all to sit, enjoy the sunrises, sunsets, star gaze. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was easy to use, and overall an excellent stay!! Thank you Gibson Rentals.

Condo is very spacious and absolutely pretty furniture and decorations. It even comes with a wine chiller. The windows and huge balcony give you the best views. Check in and departure is through an app. We will definitely try to stay there again.

Jaw Dropping Views!

Place was super nice and clean with amazing panoramic views of gulf. Short walk and easy access to beach also very nice. Locarion also ideal to 30A and favorite Destin dining spots. Only complaints were only 2 baths and the one bedroom without a bath was small and had air circulation issues. If you plan to use beach service be prepared to pay full price since rental is through third party and not owner. I’d rate our experience as a solid 8.

Breathtaking Views

This condo has unbelievable views of Miramar Beach. As soon as you walk into this condo, you are mesmerized by views of the emerald sea. There is a beach service company right in front of this condo, for chairs, umbrellas and even towels, of course for additional charge. This beach gets very crowded. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and very clean.

Amazing Views and Comfort

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. It offered more than enough space for my family and the beach views were breathtaking. The condo offered a good stock of items to start our vacation and the installed Alexa device was there to assist with locating anything we needed. The condo was clean, fresh and beautifully decorated. My grandson was excitedly entertained daily by the aircraft that flew above and now has mastered the words for the different types of aircraft. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

The panoramic view of the ocean are just breathtaking from this 17th floor unit. For our family of five it was the perfect amount of space. Beautiful beach high rise condo

Loved the property. Condo has spectacular views. Great corner unit. Our only complaint would be the dishes and many kitchen utensils were dirty and we had to wash them before using. They don’t provide dishwasher detergent so I think people wash dishes without soap. That was gross. Honestly probably our only disappointment.

Terrible

We left the property clean as we could given we weren’t provided with any dish soap and only one packet to run the dishwasher. But we were charged an extra cleaning fee for leaving dirty towels in the floor. Do not stay here.

The blinds come down with a remote, the kitchen has everything you need to cook with, a blender and a coffee maker. The only thing we couldn't get to work was the wine cooler. It's the perfect location with access to a lot of places easily without being stuck in heavy traffic. Super close to the grocery store and Wal-Mart for any needs. We love this place and will definitely be back to stay here for all future beach trips!! Highly recommended!

Wine cooler was an added bonus. The view is so gorgeous we were content to spend hours sitting on the balcony and watching the pelicans fly right by us as well as the ocean, completely relaxing. Applaud the owner for the great patio furniture. I typically choose rentals based on balcony views, outside furniture and furnishing inside in that order. I will be back for sure.

We loved it so much we tried to book for next year before we left, but 2022 pricing isn’t out yet. We will be back!

Beach chairs are set up5 and 6 rows deep and they allow individuals to place chairs in front of the purchased set up. Nothing Gibson can do about this as I understand it is the resort that allows this. Also this is adjacent to the beach access where tram for the entire resorts stops and so creates hundred of people coming from across Hwy 98. Other than extreme crowds, this is great place.

Bad Smell.

There is a foul odor/stench lingers in that condo. We came in one night and had to light candles to make the smell leave. You don't smell it if the AC is on. Please get that fix for your next customers. Other than than, the place has a great view of the water. All appliances were there if needed. Colors of the condo were nice and warm!
