The Space:

The 35m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The room layout consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, and bathroom with a bath. The apartment’s décor uses white and grey color theme and bright wooden elements to create soothing atmosphere. Even in the height of a summer, the apartment has optimal temperature thanks to the air-conditioning. The apartment is also functionally furnished with a double large bed, a closet and a dining area with a table and chairs. A cozy balcony fitted with garden furniture creates an additional space to relax – it’s a perfect place for a morning cup of coffee. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the townhouse with no elevator. The area is made for relaxing walks and holiday exploration of the seaside wonders. The walking route to the beautiful sandy beach and the pier leads through the representative "Monciak" pedestrian street with numerous restaurants, cafes and pubs. You can also visit the Crooked House, the Lighthouse or the wax figure museum along the way. Sopot Centrum – a multifunctional shopping and business complex with an open food court and retail outlets – is located only 350 m from the apartment.

The apartment is also perfectly communicated with other parts of Tri-City. The nearby train station, only 6-minute walk away, operates the SKM train service, so it takes 20 minutes to get directly to the center of Gdansk. The car ride to the airport takes less than 30 minutes.
