Lovely home in Ringkøbing

Welcome to this cozy and well-equipped cottage, perfectly located at the end of a quiet gravel road.



Look forward to the view of the open plains and fields. The house has an ideal location, within walking distance of the popular tourist town of Søndervig and the stunning North Sea. The house offers an open and bright kitchen, dining area and living room, inviting you to spend lots of cozy time with the whole family. There is also a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, 2 bedrooms and a cozy loft. The house is heated with a heat pump and has a wood stove as an additional heat source and for extra coziness in the long evenings. From the living room you have access to one of the terraces of the house. From here you have access to an outbuilding with another bedroom and a guest toilet.



Relax and make yourself comfortable on the second terrace, where there is a wilderness bath with space for 6 people. Next to the wilderness bath is an outdoor kitchen where you can prepare delicious drinks for a cozy evening in the warm water.

Wohnbereich mit dem Anbau ist schön. An der Küchenzeile fehlen einige Steckdosen und der Toaster muss ausgetauscht werden. Insgesamt muss die Elektroinstallation instandgehalten werden. Das Bad ist klein aber renoviert und ok. Mit den Schlafzimmern waren wir nicht zufrieden. Die Betten müssen unbedingt erneuert werden. Die Matratzen hatten z.T. Löcher und haben unangenehm gerochen. Auch die Kleiderschränke sahen nicht mehr ansprechend aus. Sämtliche Zimmertüren müssen zumindest neu eingestellt werden, besser ausgetauscht werden. Sie schließen nicht. Mit dem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis waren wir letztlich nicht zufrieden.

Im Großen & Ganzen war alles in Ordnung.Das was wir allerdings....hauptsächlich....optisch etwas unschön fanden, dass die Matratzen sehr benutzt aussahen und die Kopfkissen auch Schweißränder hatten.Zudem hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass es einen Wischmopp mit Eimer oder Ähnliches gegeben hätte, um die Endreinigung zu erleichtern.Ansonsten können wir nichts beanstanden und es ist eine schöne Unterkunft.
