Beautiful Property

My husband and I, along with our daughter and son in law, stayed here for the first part of our vacation. Everything was so clean, well-equipped, and the view was gorgeous. This was a very comfortable property, and we loved it.

Wonderful stay with a beautiful location.

Great location with beautiful views. We stayed with our 3 young children so the pool and trampoline were a great addition to keep them entertained. We would definitely stay here again. Romana was a great host and easy to communicate with.

A nice peaceful spot, perfect for 2 couples!

A beautiful place, inside and out! A nice peaceful location, away from the city. You will need a car to get there as public transportation is 1/2 hr away uphill!

Beautiful plAce!

Everything you need is here! Clean, comfortable and amazing views. Wonderful place to come home to after a busy day in this area. Romana is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

Loved our beautiful stay in Puch!

This property was immaculate and the Mountain Views amazing. Romana was a wonderful host- so helpful and accommodating. The apartment was fully equipped with high quality in every item and detail. If we return to Salzburg this is where we will stay.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist super: bestens ausgestattet, sehr sauber, toller Garten - unsere Kleine konnte kaum genug kriegen vom Schaukeln und Trampolinspringen. Romana kümmert sich mit viel Liebe fürs Detail um die Wohnung und sorgt dafür, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Salzburg, aber auch in die Natur. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Was uns ein bisschen gestört hat: Man hört die Schritte aus der darüberliegenden Wohnung (da sind wir aber vielleicht auch empfindlicher als andere Leute). Alles in allem aber ein wunderschöner Ort zum Urlaub machen!

Very nice appartement with a fantastic view

First of all, Romana is a very warm person, we really felt like we were at home. The appartement was simply perfect because of the location very close to Salzbourg with the train from Puch, because of the fantastic view and of course, because everything was spotless. Two nice bedrooms with individual bathrooms were very much appreciated. The kitchen was very well equiped with a nice coffee machine and we enjoyed drinking our coffee on the terrasse with a magnificient view on the mountains. We recommend this appartement without any hesitation and as we said to Romana, we would rate the place 11 on 10 ! Thank you again for everything ! Diane and J.P. from Canada

Perfect Salzburg Chalet

We stayed for nearly a week in this picture perfect chalet located high on a hillside overlooking the Alps. Wins our vote for the best accommodations over our month long tour of southern Germany and Austria. Well located for visiting Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Hallstatt, etc. Easy access to Salzburg by train/bus to save the hassle of driving and parking in Salzburg. Ample parking. Wonderful views from your private patio. Great layout. Spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Comfortable beds. Each bedroom has large en-suite bath. Well appointed with every little detail thought out: Jura coffee machine, fresh fruit, blankets for lounge chairs, tourist info and cards, etc. Super friendly hosts live on site. This one is a “WOW!”

Fantastic!

We have traveled extensively in Europe and always stay at Home Away VRBO apartments or Air bnb This is by far the best ever. Our gracious hosts welcomed us and made us feel at home The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated with many amenities, access to their yard and herb garden. The view of the mountains is breath taking. We can't thank Romana enough for our wonderful stay!!

Beautiful, wonderful, lovely!

Romana is a wonderful host. We were happily greeted. The place is immaculant and view is impeccable. We loved staying here as much as any VRBO place we have ever stayed. We have stayed in Hawaii, Maine, California, etc. All wonderful, but not as wonderful as this. Salzburg is beautiful and staying here allows easy access to many favorite locations but quiet nights away from the city. Please make sure to visit Rupert at Gasthaus BisChof and tell them the Tate's sent you. Actually, tell them Martin and Romana sent you and they will treat you like family. Thank you so much for an unforgettable vacation!

Weltklasse, udsigt, bolig værts familie alt var i top klasse.

Lige fra ankomsten, blev vi taget godt imod, der var kolde øl i køleskabet og en lille rundvisning i lejligheden. Haven er fantastisk til børn, god plads og med gynger og trampolin, vores datter elskede det. Poolen havde hele familien glæde af og den fabelagtige udsigt fra vores terrasse eller fra den lille Alm hytte som var komplet udstyret. Vi kan kun give vores varmeste anbefalinger, og en ting er sikkert, vi vender tilbage til dette fantastiske sted.

Spring Stay

Our family recently stayed with the Armstorfer's for a Spring trip to Europe. Between the beautiful views overlooking the town of Puch, the wonderful accommodations, and the genuine hospitality of Romana, we cannot rate this place high enough. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of three. Our daughter enjoyed playing in the meadow and doing her tricks on the trampoline, while my wife and I enjoyed evening beverages watching the sunset behind the mountain across the valley. The location put us in the center of getting to where we wanted to go; whether it was heading into Sazlburg to ventruing into Bavaria on day trips. A perfect place and just what we needed between stops in busier European cities. We hope to visit again!

Excellent Austrian Accommodations

Many thanks to Romana Armstorfer and her family for a wonderful home for us on our holiday in the Salzburg area. Each morning we drove to the station (about 10 minutes) and took the train to Salzburg (about 30 minutes) where we explored the Christmas Markets, Churches, Palaces, Castles, and Fortress. The Armstorfer property overlooks the area, is traditional architecture, is quite new, and is very well cared for. We loved the large well stocked kitchen including an historic table and seating sufficient for our family (five adults). Views of the mountains, valley, and adjacent fields are available from the kitchen and each bedroom. We highly recommend this property.

Tolle FeWo, super Lage, nette Vermieter

Die FeWo ist top ausgestattet und gemütlich. Super für und mit Kindern. Die Lage am Hang garantiert einen tollen Blick zum Watzmann. Wandermöglickeiten direkt vor der Tür, ansonsten bieten Salzburg oder die umliegenden Alpen viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen oder weiterempfehlen. Traumurlaub

Tanja ,Frank,Marie und Laura hatten im August einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Sie ist toll aufgeteilt. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern und einer großen Küche war genug Platz für uns 4 vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Garten mit Pool,Trampolin,Schaukel etc.durften wir komplett mit nutzen, was vor allem für unserer Kinder ein Highlite war. Der Ausblick von unserer Terrasse war atemberaubend schön. Die Familie bei der wir wohnten war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und bei Fragen immer ansprechbar. Es war so schön dort, dass wir für das nächste Jahr sofort wieder reseviert haben.

Heerlijk appartement op een prachtige locatie!

Nadat we in 2015 al een keer bij de familie Armstorfer een appartement hebben gehuurd, waren wij zo enthousiast, dat we in 2016 gewoon weer terug zijn gegaan. Het appartement is tot in de puntjes verzorgd, de ontvangst is zeer vriendelijk en de locatie is werkelijk prachtig te noemen. Wat wil je nog meer? Er is een klein zwembad aanwezig. Zeker niet groot, maar heerlijk om een verfrissende "duik" te nemen. Er is een aparte blokhut waar heerlijk buiten ge-BBQ-ed kan worden. Vanaf dit terras is het uitzicht over Puch zelfs nog mooier! :) Puch is een prima uitvalsbasis voor leuke uitstapjes in de omgeving (Oostenrijk en Duitsland). Kortom, een echte aanrader. Mochten wij ooit nog eens de richting van Salzburg op gaan, dan komen wij zeker weer terug bij de familie Armstorfer.

A very nice house in a beautiful setting.

A well maintained property with panoramic views across the valley toward Germany and its mountain range to the west. The city of Salzburg is easily reached in minutes. Public transportation within the city is easily navigated. Numerous historical and cultural sites within the city are easily reached. A car is a necessity and allows the visitor to reach outlying points of interest that may take minutes or hours to reach as you choose. English speakers will have little trouble communicating since a large percentage of the area's population are fluent in English. I highly recommend this property as the base for your adventures in the Salzburg area.

wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wir verbrachten hier einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, es gab nichts was wir vermisst haben. Die Terrasse bietet einen beeindruckenden Ausblick in die Berge. Den Kindern gefiel besonders der Pool und das Trampolin. Wir sind viel gewandert und von Puch aus mit dem Bus nach Salzburg. Auto ist aber notwendig, damit man erst mal wegkommt. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich, vielen Dank auch für den netten Public-Viewing-Fußball-Abend während der EM in der urigen Hütte:-) Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder! Wunderschön & alles da!

Sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, reichlich Platz in Zimmern, Balkon und Garten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, von Kaffee bis Klebeband. Babybett und Handtücher für unseren Sohn wurden gratis zur Verfügung gestellt, vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
