This is just like being at home. Our stay was wonderful! The home was so nice and cozy! Todd and Robin are great hosts! We will definitely book again when we are in the area!

We were very happy with our stay. Home was very cozy and coffee bar was very nice to have. Very clean. Would have loved to sit out by the fire but just didn’t have that kind of time on this stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was extremely clean and taken care of. The coffee bar and fire pit were a pleasant surprise. Thank you for the hospitality and we would definitely recommend this property.

This was hands down the best rental experience I have had yet. The hosts were so gracious and helpful and the home itself was perfect. So many thoughtful little touches have been included throughout which truly make it feel like a home away from home. I will definitely be staying here the next time I am back in KC.

The property was in a great location, the Muncie area is almost rural but go north a mile, jump on I-70, and you are downtown in 20 minutes! The property is as nice as can be... a wooded lot, fire pit, patio with table & chairs, two porches, and a cute cottage. The interior of the cottage is laid out well and it has all of the amenities. My wife and I had a wonderful stay! When in KC again we will definitely try to reserve this property!

You can't go wrong booking this cute place! We only stayed one night, but it was fantastic. The owners were great with communication and recommended some places to try while we were in town. The place itself was fabulous. Great decorations and organized. Felt like a home away from home. The bedrooms were great size. There were items available if you forgot something such as toiletries and a coffee bar that will blow your mind. :) You can tell the back deck was redone and looks great. They had a firepit prepared in case we wanted a fire. The backyard was full of rows of trees and peaceful. The property was about 15-20 minutes from where we wanted to go.
