The space
The condo features a comfortable split-level layout that offers both space and privacy. The lower level includes two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, along with a convenient washer and dryer. Each bathroom has a large walk-in closet.

Upstairs, you’ll find an open and inviting main level with a full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area—perfect for everyday living, relaxing, or working remotely. The thoughtful layout makes this home especially well-suited for longer stays, allowing you to truly settle in and feel at home.

The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays , whether you enjoy cooking at home or keeping things simple. You’ll find everything you need to prepare meals comfortably, including a juicer, Instant Pot, Ninja blender, and a Keurig for easy mornings. It’s a space designed to support daily routines and the kind of comfort that makes settling in for an extended stay easy and enjoyable.

The condo offers dedicated workspaces designed to make working remotely easy and comfortable. One desk is located in the downstairs bedroom with two queen beds, providing a quiet, private space for focused work. A second desk is set up in the upstairs living area, offering a bright, open workspace that’s ideal for those who prefer to work near the main living space. With multiple options, guests can choose the setup that best fits their routine.

We’re fortunate to be in a quiet, gated community with neighbors who are friendly and respectful. It’s one of the things we appreciate most when we’re staying here ourselves. The calm atmosphere makes it easy to relax and feel comfortable.

One of the things we truly appreciate about this community is the balance it offers. There are plenty of opportunities to be active and connect, with bocce, pickleball, tennis, pools, a hot tub, and golf all nearby, along with a welcoming pickleball club that meets twice a week. At the same time, the beautifully landscaped grounds are immaculate and peaceful, making it just as easy to relax, take a quiet walk, or enjoy the calm desert surroundings.

Lastly, there are an abundance of citrus trees throughout the community. Depending on the season, you’ll find lemons, limes, grapefruit, and oranges growing right outside your door. Guests are welcome to pick fruit to enjoy during their stay, and we even provide a fruit picker to make it easy!
