- Bedroom/Mezzanine: comfortable double bed, clothes rack to organise your items and clothes, duvet, mattress protector and welcoming lighting

- Living room with sofa bed, dining table, chair, air conditioning and integrated environment with the loft

- Equipped kitchen with mini-fridge, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, various complete utensils and dining table. Crystal glasses are not for use

- Bathroom with electric shower, hair dryer and basic hygiene kit

- Smoking is prohibited inside the property

- Parties and events are not allowed

- Silence after 10 pm

- No garage, but we provide the access gate key for cars near the property to unload shopping and luggage
