The detached holiday home, built in 2010, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to the view of the lake from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Balatongyörök. The holiday home is located on a 1,500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Opposite the golf course. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
Special
Internet access (Wi-Fi), washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
