This four season cottage is perfect for relaxing with family or friends any time of year. Central heating and a wood-burning fireplace in the winter, and AC in the summer, keeps the cottage at an ideal temperature throughout the season -- the perfect setting to unwind after a fun day outdoors. Accommodating up to 14 adults plus 2 infants/toddlers, the grand cottage features 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 on the main level and 2 upstairs. For your comfort and convenience, blankets, pillows, linens, and towels are all provided. With three 3-piece bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Central heating and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room keep the space warm and cozy throughout the season, creating the perfect setting to unwind after a day outdoors.



Enjoy unlimited Starlink Wi-Fi and strong cell reception, so you can stay connected while unwinding in nature. A universal electric car charger (Tesla) is available at the parking pad, and the cottage is equipped with modern amenities throughout. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: on the main level, one bedroom includes a king bed and a crib, while the second bedroom has two double beds, one single bed, and an extra crib folded up under the bed. Upstairs, one bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a single bed, and the other has one double bed and two single beds.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip coffee maker, making meal prep easy. Enjoy meals at the indoor dining table or take it outside to the deck for an al fresco experience. For entertainment, the cottage includes a SMART TV with streaming capabilities, a variety of board games, playing cards, and books. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use. There is air-conditioning on the main level, along with fans in the living room and all bedrooms.



Outdoor amenities include a propane BBQ, an outdoor fire pit (with some wood provided), a shallow entry beach, and a dock with a swim ladder. Enjoy water activities with the provided canoe, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and a selection of life jackets in various sizes (adults and kids). There’s even a public boat launch on the lake for those who wish to bring their own boat.



In winter, Muldrew Lake becomes a true playground. The owners maintain a private on-site ice rink, and the frozen lake offers excellent skating when conditions allow. Snowshoes are provided for adults and children, with trails winding through the property’s 22 acres of forest for peaceful winter walks. Nearby ski hills make it easy to enjoy a day on the slopes before returning to your private retreat.

Just 1 hour and 45 minutes north of Toronto. 20 minutes away from the town of Gravenhurst for most all amenities: groceries, gas, LCBO, shopping, dining, entertainment and scenic Muskoka boat cruise. Taboo Resort is just a short drive by car. Close to some of the great golf courses the area has to offer. Bracebridge and Bala are 30 minutes away.
