The “Kaiserbad” apartment on the first floor of Villa Kaja truly lives up to its name. With more than 100 square meters of space, it’s ready to make your vacation in the Achterland region of Usedom a wonderful experience.
The open-concept living area features a fireplace, a sofa arrangement, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette, all facing the house’s garden. Here, you can start your day off on a relaxed note. The large, furnished terrace, facing south, stretches across the entire width of the house. The adjacent lawn is available for use.
During the colder months, you can light the fireplace and enjoy cozy moments in a pleasant atmosphere.
Both bedrooms feature double beds with high-entry frames. High-quality mattresses ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. For your comfort, the windows in the apartment can also be darkened with exterior roller shades. The large bathroom is equipped with a double sink, bathtub, and walk-in shower, leaving nothing to be desired. An additional guest restroom rounds out the extensive amenities. For our younger guests, a travel crib with a mattress (linens not included) and a high chair are available.
You can store your bikes in the lockable bike shed in the courtyard. Free Wi-Fi is available. You can park your car right next to the house.
You can also take advantage of the bread roll service (pickup only) from the nearby “Idyll am Wolgastsee” hotel to enjoy fresh bread rolls every morning.
